This apartment is strategically located at the upscale Jahi District by Gilmore Construction, just 5 minutes from the Naval Officers quarters. It is especially serene and calm, with close proximity to the ever boisterous Wuse 2

Other things to note

The state electricity supply is pretty much stable.

There is an inverter installed as back up power supply on the light bulbs,tv,fan and sockets for charging of phones/electronic devices etc for most hours of the day, pending when the state power is restored. The generator is intermittently turned on from 7pm till midnight.

This Inverter does not however power the airconditioner, fridge, microwave or iron. There is a standing fan provided in the room during this interval. WiFi is strictly for checking of email and not for downloading heavy materials/streaming.

As this is a self-catered apartment,guests are expected to clean after themselves.There is however a housekeeper on ground for guests that may wish to request his assistance.
