The space

Located within a serviced aparthotel complex.there are numerous recreational facilities located at the premises such as swimming pool,gym,spa (with salon and barbershop), in and outdoor bar,pool side lounge and grill centre, restaurant, etc.

Guest access

Guest has exclusive and private use of the 2 lavishly furnished and spacious 2 bedrooms, the exquisite lounge, kitchen, dining area, and laundry, all contained within the apartment.

For the recreational facilities (pool,gym,spa, grill, in door lounge, outdoor/pool side bar,guest has shared access at extra charges applied by the management of the premises.

Other things to note

The state electricity supply is pretty much stable.

There is an inverter installed to ensure uninterrupted power supply on the light bulbs tvfan and sockets for charaina of phones/

electronic devices etc pending when the state

power is restored.

This Inverter does not however power the

airconditioner, fridge,microwave or iron. There is a standing fan provided in the room during this interval.

As this is a self-centered apartment,guests are

expected to clean after themselves.There is however a housekeeper on ground for guests that

may wish to request his assistance.
